Studio 631 Recordings - Updated Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms By booking a session with Studio 631 Recordings, the client agrees to all of the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms must be accepted via checkbox at the time of booking. A copy of these terms is sent to the client via email upon confirmation and is available at all times on our website.

1. Booking and Deposits
 

  • ●  All sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • ●  Deposits are applied toward the total session cost.

  • ●  Deposits are forfeited in the case of a no-show or late cancellation as defined below.

  • 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • ●  Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • ●  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in a charge of 50% of the total session fee.

  • ●  If rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the original deposit may be applied to the new date.

  • 3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • ●  A "no-show" is defined as failure to arrive for a scheduled session without any prior notice.

  • ●  No-shows are charged 100% of the session fee. The deposit is forfeited.

  • ●  Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their session

    canceled and be considered a no-show.

  • ●  All no-show or late cancellation fees must be paid before any future sessions can be

    booked.

  •  

    4. Session Duration and Early Termination
  • ●  The time reserved at booking is guaranteed exclusively for the client.

  • ●  Clients who choose to end their session early are still responsible for payment for the full

    reserved time.

  • ●  No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

    5. Delivery of Service
  • ●  A session is considered delivered once the client has accessed the studio, made use of studio equipment, or received the services of a studio engineer.

  • ●  Studio logs and access records may be used to verify session fulfillment.

6. Refund Policy

  • ●  All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • ●  Any disputes will be reviewed with reference to these terms, booking records, and

    evidence of service delivery.

    7. Acknowledgment and Record Keeping
  • ●  Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms upon booking.

  • ●  Studio 631 Recordings retains booking records, payment confirmations, communication logs, and access records to be used in the case of any disputes.

    8. Amendments

● These terms are subject to change. Any updates will be posted on our website and sent to clients who have active or future bookings.
